Professional Standards

We are a professional establishment and do not offer any additional services.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we reserve the right to shorten your session accordingly to accommodate the next client. Additionally, the full appointment fee may still apply out of respect for our practitioners' time.

Walk-ins & Appointments

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance by calling us, using our Contact Us form, or visiting our booking page.

On Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to check in at reception.
You will be required to fill out a Health Form at reception. This information helps our practitioners tailor the massage to your specific needs (e.g., any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing).
If you do not have any specific concerns and simply wish to enjoy a relaxing full-body massage, we are happy to accommodate you.

We are located at Unit #21, on the right side of the mall.

If you need to eat before your appointment, please do so at least one hour in advance.
For an Oil Massage, if you have long hair, please tie it up.
Kindly set your phone to silent mode to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
We provide a change of clothes, but please keep your undergarments on.

We accept cash, Interac, and credit cards (VISA & Mastercard).

Clients of all ages are welcome. However, if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you.

We use unscented organic massage oil for Swedish Massage and Combination Massage, carefully formulated to nourish and hydrate the skin, ensuring a smooth, relaxing experience while enhancing skin health.
